Warranty service
We strive to provide our clients with reliable and accurate devices, maintaining a high level of service at every stage of use. Our warranty conditions are designed with both Ukrainian and international clients in mind, ensuring that everyone receives comfortable and high-quality service.
We provide warranty service for all equipment we produce and for other brands we offer.
Warranty obligations are secured by the manufacturer’s official warranty card, which includes the sale date, device serial number, seller’s signature, seal, and warranty period. Most devices under our brand have a 12-month warranty from the date of sale.
For equipment sets using components from other manufacturers (tablets, smartphones), the supplier of these devices provides a separate warranty. In case of issues, clients can contact us for replacement or repair, or contact the supplier directly. If there are misunderstandings regarding the supplier's warranty obligations, we assist in resolving the issue. Clients must provide the receipt and warranty card when contacting the device supplier.
According to the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Protection, customers can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the reason. The appliance packaging must be in perfect condition (adhesive strips, shrink films, or other sealing means must be intact).
Rules for establishing a warranty case
A warranty case is established based on a technical and visual examination by our service department, resulting in an official report. If the client disagrees with a report that does not confirm the warranty case, they can seek an independent examination from a certified organization.
The company may refuse warranty service if the device was operated against the manual’s instructions or if unauthorized repairs were performed. A complete list of non-warranty cases is indicated in the official warranty card.

For Clients in Ukraine
For clients in Ukraine, where our main support center is located, we provide full technical support and warranty obligations without limitations. This means that if any issues are detected, you can reach out to us to receive a complete range of warranty services, including free repair, device replacement, or prompt diagnostics. Our team is always ready to respond quickly to your requests and to ensure high-quality service throughout the entire warranty period and beyond.
For International Clients
For international buyers, we offer flexible warranty service conditions that include:
1. Limited Manufacturer Warranty
International clients are provided with a limited manufacturer warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 or 2 years, depending on the specific product. If manufacturing defects are identified within this period, we commit to providing free repair or replacement of the item. For this, if necessary, the product will need to be sent back at your expense to our country, where we can promptly address any issues. We are ready to support you in arranging transportation and ensuring the necessary repairs.
2. Remote Support and Diagnostics
We provide remote technical support and diagnostics for all clients to quickly assist with any possible issues without needing to send the device in. Our team of experts will help you with settings or equipment operation online, offering instructions and consultations.
3. Replacement Parts by Mail
If a malfunction can be resolved by replacing individual components, we offer the option to send the necessary parts directly to you. This allows clients to avoid lengthy waiting times and saves time on transporting the device for repair. Our specialists will also provide instructions for self-installation or replacement.
