We provide warranty service for all equipment of our production and other brands that we offer.
Warranty obligations are secured by the manufacturer's official warranty card with the date of sale, serial number of the device, signature, seal of the seller and the warranty period.
Most devices manufactured under our brand have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of sale.
For equipment sets that use self-sufficient components of devices from other manufacturers (tablets, smartphones), a separate manufacturer's warranty is provided by the supplier of this device. In case of problems with such a device, the client can contact our company for its replacement or repair, or do it on their own by contacting the supplier of this device directly. In the event of a misunderstanding regarding the supplier's warranty obligations, we contribute to the speedy resolution of this issue. In the case of an independent contact with the device supplier, the client must provide him with a receipt and a warranty card for this device (provided by us when purchasing a set of equipment).
According to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection, the customer can return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the reasons that did not suit him. The appliance packaging must be in perfect condition (adhesive strips, shrink films or other sealing means must be intact).
Rules for establishing a warranty case
The warranty case is established on the basis of a technical and visual examination carried out by the service department of our company. On the basis of which the act is drawn up. If the client does not agree with the conclusion of an act that does not confirm the warranty case, he can apply to any other certified organization to obtain an independent examination.
The company has the right to refuse warranty service of the device if the device was operated in violation of the rules specified in the instruction manual, or an independent repair was carried out without the consent of our technical specialist.
