Maintenance

Repairing GPS/GNSS equipment is one of the many services we provide. We offer both warranty and post-warranty repair services to all our customers, regardless of the purchase date.

Repair procedure

If you encounter problems with your device, contact our service center using the information provided in the warranty card or the contacts section of our website. Depending on the problem's complexity, the service engineer will decide whether to have you send the device to our office or provide advice on resolving the issue yourself if possible.

For repairs at our service center, the customer should send the device to the address provided by the service engineer, along with all necessary documents (warranty card, receipt, etc.). After receiving the device and identifying the problem, our specialists will decide whether to repair or replace it.

If the device is under warranty and the issue is due to a factory defect, the repair or replacement will be free of charge. Transport costs for sending devices within Ukraine are covered by our company.

For FJ Dynamics equipment under warranty, defective components are replaced with new ones.

For post-warranty repairs or non-warranty issues, all repair costs, the purchase of a new device, and transportation expenses are paid by the customer.

The company may offer discounts or special conditions for repair work to individual customers, regardless of the type of repair.

Terms of repair

Repair times depend on the problem's complexity. Thanks to our professional service engineers and a constant stock of spare parts, we aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible. On average, repair time does not exceed 3-5 business days. In some cases, we provide replacement equipment during the repair so customers can continue their work without interruption.
