We carry out warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment to all our customers, regardless of the timing of its purchase.
If you find problems with the operation of your device, you should contact our service center for the contact information provided in the warranty card, or in the contacts section of our website.
Depending on the complexity of the problem, the service engineer decides whether to send the device to our office, or provide advice on how to solve it yourself, if possible.
In case of repair of the device in our service center the customer should send it to the address which will be provided by the service engineer in a complete set together with documents (warranty card, receipt, etc.).
After receiving the device and identifying the cause of the problem, our specialists decide whether to repair or replace the device with a new one.
If the device is under warranty and the problem is due to a factory defect - repair or replacement with a new device is free. Transport costs for sending devices across the territory of Ukraine at the expense of our company.
For FJ Dynamics equipment under warranty, the defective components are completely replaced with new ones.
In the case of a post-warranty repair or a non-warranty event, all repair costs, purchase of a new device and transportation costs are paid by the customer.
The company has the right to provide discounts or special conditions for the repair of work to individual customers, regardless of the type of repair.
Terms of repair
The timing of the repair depends on the complexity of the problem. Thanks to professional service engineers and constant stock of spare parts, we try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. On average, the repair time does not exceed 3-5 business days. In some cases, we provide a replacement equipment during the repair so that customers can continue their production process while the equipment is being repaired.
