Return of the goods
According to the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection" exchange or return of goods of proper quality may be carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- the product has defects that make it impossible to use;
- the product has not been used;
- defect in the production of the manufacturing;
- preserved packaging, completeness, presentation;
- the buyer has a sales receipt (consignment note/waybill, cash receipt).
In the absence of such a product in stock, we will refund the amount paid by the buyer or offer an replacement for another product.

Be sure to check the completeness of your order before picking up the goods at the warehouse or from the courier (compliance with the ordered model, color, quantity, package, etc.). All complaints about incorrect completeness or any other non-compliance of your order are accepted before the purchase (receiving) of the goods from the courier or receipt at the warehouse of the transport company.
If defects or inconsistencies were found during the inspection of the cargo, then it is necessary to issue a refusal of the cargo noting the reason for the refusal.
The company reserves the right not to consider appeals and claims in cases where defects, damage and inconsistencies that are not related to the warranty, identified after the goods were received from the courier or from the department of the transport company.
